$900,000 settlement for young woman involved in car accident who developed RSD in her leg.
$425,000 settlement for young woman injured from falling debris during building construction. Initial injury was a bruise on her leg that subsequently developed into RSD.
SSDI award of benefits for 50-year-old man who suffered a leg injury and developed RSD. Social Security rejected claim multiple times and prior attorney agreed to closed end settlement of past benefits. We were able to properly document his disability caused by RSD resulting in an award of SSDI benefits.
