Reflex sympathetic dystrophy syndrome (RSDS) is also referred to as complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS). RSD is a chronic pain condition that is caused by a dysfunction in the central or peripheral nervous systems. Currently there is no cure for RSD and the goal of treatment is to manage and relieve the painful symptoms through a number of different therapies including: physical therapy, medications, spinal cord stimulation, drug pumps and psychotherapy.
We have represented Minnesota clients who suffered from RSD in a variety of legal settings including car accidents, personal injury, workers compensation and Social Security Disability. Our attorneys and staff understand the medical and legal complexities involved when you are diagnosed with CRPS. Please call us for a free no-obligation consultation or fill out our online contact form and a Minnesota RSD attorney from Fields Law Firm will help explain your legal options.
